Tradition has it that the new year is a time for making resolutions and setting goals. But as we all know, often times they fall flat because they are more ‘ideas’ or ‘wishes’ rather than fully aligned intentions.
The day will be a fun, facilitated process of self inventory, building connection with others, identifying areas of your life for growth and focus, fully aligning your intentions, and key step to take to achieve fulfillment.
We will have the spa to ourselves since it will not be open to the public.
No spa services will be offered this day.
Bring a brown-bag lunch, some thing to share if you wish, and your positive intentions for the New Year!
