Healthy for one, does not mean healthy for another. Sometimes we think we’re doing right but accidentally undermine important aspects of what our body needs to be healthy. When we don’t get the results we want we feel frustrated, blame ourselves, or just keep hoping…

We assume that because someone else had success on a particular plan, or because it sounds right in theory, it should work for us too.

But this discounts “Bio Individuality;” the fact that we are biologically unique. Only a deeper understanding of your own bio-individuality will help you get lasting results and be healthier.

2. “I know what I should do, I’m just not doing it…”

It’s only natural that if you don’t get the desired results you stop being motivated to try. Why would you if it’s not working? You might feel some shame, guilt, or self-reproach…
