Food Intolerance Testing

The missing piece of the health puzzle.

A staggering 80% of the population has some food intolerance –and most don’t even know it. Knowing what specific foods to avoid is a critical piece of information necessary for optimizing ones ability to lose weight, recover health and energy, reduce inflammation body wide, age gracefully, and is increasingly being used to help athletes achieve peak performance.

Food Intolerance Testing can be one of the most powerful tools in resolving health, energy and weight issues. It gets to the root cause of inflammation that is the cause of all disease.

The list of symptoms is varied and long. Common symptoms include:

  • Obesity/Inability to Lose Weight
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Migraine headaches
  • Joint pain
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Fybromyalgia
  • Eczema
  • Psoriasis
  • Depression
  • Irritability
  • Reoccurring infections
  • Irritable bowel
  • Constipation
  • Respiratory Disorders including Asthma
  • Arthritis
  • ADD
  • Infertility
  • Hyperactivity

…but the list is much longer than that.

The test I use is the ALCAT Test, and it is the most accurate and objective way to figure out which foods, additives, and chemicals to eliminate or reduce for optimal health. The results will enable you to make educated decisions about what to remove and minimize in your diet. The test is simple blood draw, and convenient to do with either walk-in lab or home visit option available. In most cases no pre-test dietary changes are necessary.

Results are detailed and user-friendly (available in 72 hours by email.) They will tell you how sensitive you are to each item as well as suggest a rotation meal plan. I will help you through the process of understanding and implementing all of the suggested changes and answer your questions for you as they come up.

Elimination does not have to be forever though. Once the reactive foods are eliminated, your digestive system will have a chance to heal and recover. After 4-6 months the offending foods can be gradually reintroduced.

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.
