Seeking Sponsorship for the 2017 Healthy Weight Loss Challenge (HWLC)

The Healthy Weight loss Challenge kicks off on January 14, 2017. It is a free event that is open to public. We expect 100 – 200 participants who live and work in the Windsor/Santa Rosa area. Current participating organizations include the Windsor Unified School District, Kaiser Health, the Windsor Wellness Partnership (Health Action chapter), & the Town Of Windsor.

This is a community oriented, education based, health-focused challenge designed to promote community cohesiveness and to make the daily acts of a sensible healthy diet and lifestyle fun and enjoyable. There are no products being sold or promoted as a part of this challenge.

What is needed from our sponsors:

  • Funds to cover expenses including printing of workbook, water, pens, healthy snacks, misc. supplies, etc.
  • Door prizes to be given out at the meetings and workshops to encourage attendance and participation – 2 (or more) given out per night (value of $25-50)
  • Grand prizes to be awarded to the shining stars of challenge over the course of the event–to be given at the conclusion of the event (value of $100+)
